This #fairfriday we’re going to talk about… sunglasses! I used to buy cheap sunglasses that barely gave protection and were broken after one summer (or even sooner). I’ve now invested in a good pair of sunnies and I never want to go back – it’s sustainable and so much more comfortable!☀ That’s why we have selected our favourite sustainable sunnies from Gobi. A fair brand with amazing designs. Did you know that it takes 25 steps and 2,5 month to make these sunglasses? You might wonder what’s so special about these sunglasses. Well, we will tell you:

» The sunglasses are made from recycled bio-acetate. This material is made without crude oil or toxic plasticisers, bringing pollution down to a minimum.

» The lenses offer 100% UV protection and are equipped with an anti-reflective coating. The anti-reflective coating on the backside of the glasses ensures that the sunlight travels through the lenses instead of bouncing into your eyes.

» It’s fairly made in a small factory in China.

» And last but not least, they look stunning!
